Due to the large volume of requests we receive every week, we are unable to reply to each and every one of you immediately. This is especially so during peak hiring periods.
If you have yet to receive an answer to your question, please make sure that there has already been a relevant answer somewhere in this FAQ. Inquiries with an answer already mentioned in our FAQ will have much lower priority.
If your question regarding an application on Connect Job Plus has not been answered, and the application deadline is over, please note that it is not because your application was missing some documents (we will follow up with you if there are any additional documents necessary) or lacking in any other way. Urgent requests will be attended to (regarding technical issues during application etc).
