How to impress employers with Video Q

We have a couple of tips for you:

• You want to make as good an impression as possible with the video Q, so be sure to speak enthusiastically. Smiling helps!
• One minute is fairly short, so giving concise answers is key. Don’t spend too much time on any one point, but at the same time make sure to clearly say what you want to say.
• It would probably be helpful to record a few drafts of the video and get some feedback before submitting the final version to Connect Job.
